Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Business Development:
- Identify and execute sales growth opportunities at regional level.
- Drive channel expansion and acquire new accounts.
- Increase sales volumes for Business Loan lending.
- Manage DSA database and tap them effectively to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships in the channel network to achieve sales targets.
- Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure faster loan sanctioning.
Process & Operational Efficiency:
- Adopt recommended process improvements to enhance operational productivity.
- Focus on compliance with prescribed guidelines and process checks at all stages of unsecured business transactions, raising alarms where required.
- Work on sales volumes and value IRR to ensure target achievement.
Recovery & Customer Service:
- Monitor and support recovery of NPAs from relevant customers in the region.
- Ensure customer complaints are addressed timely and effectively.
