Responsibilities:
Operations & Process Management:
- Oversee key operational tasks within the PRODUCT function to ensure effective delivery of business strategy.
- Investigate, maintain, and update operating policies and procedures for PRODUCT loans in line with bank and industry standards.
- Identify process improvements and drive their implementation focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
- Review operational scorecards to determine root causes of exceptions, detect trends, and identify training or process enhancement needs.
- Ensure operational turn times and quality standards are consistently met across processing, underwriting, and closing workflows.
