We urgently require an experienced Area Credit Manager: Corporate Credit AFL for our Indore location with a diverse range of skills and experience. Our ideal candidate should be inclusive, willing to work in a diverse environment, and able to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the corporate credit process in the designated area.
2. Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess a companys creditworthiness.
3. Handle credit assessments for companies within the 5 cr to 30 cr range.
4. Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
5. Manage a team, providing guidance, and ensuring all members are aligned with the companys objectives.
6. Collaborate with other departments within the banking or NBFC sector to ensure the seamless operation of credit processes.
Qualifications:
1. 7-8 years of experience in the SME, corporate credit, credit assessments, financial analysis, vendor management, client-facing, and team handling.
2. Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance, or CFA is required.
3. Prior experience in the banking or NBFC sector is a must.
4. Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
