Role Description

The Area Branch Manager (ABM) is the business lead for a specific territory. You will manage a team of 1215 School Account Managers (SAMs). Your goal is to ensure every school succeeds by executing clear plans in marketing, sales, and student service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Manage 1215 SAMs. Use daily check-ins and field visits to drive productivity.
  • School-Level Planning: Create monthly business plans for every school. These must cover marketing, sales, and service activities.
  • Execution Oversight: Rigorously monitor on-ground work. Ensure your team executes every part of the school plan perfectly.
  • Full Business Ownership: Own the end-to-end performance of your schools.This includes new student enrollments and monthly renewals.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Total Revenue: Meeting monthly enrollment and renewal targets for your territory.
  • School Profitability: Maintaining high conversion rates and efficient operations for each school.
  • Team Success: The percentage of your SAMs who hit their individual school business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Field Leadership: 45 years in sales with 2+ years managing a team of 10+ people.
  • EdTech experience is preferred.
  • Execution Focus: A hands-on leader who leads by example on the ground.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to track school metrics and use data to improve results.
