Role Description
The Area Branch Manager (ABM) is the business lead for a specific territory. You will manage a team of 1215 School Account Managers (SAMs). Your goal is to ensure every school succeeds by executing clear plans in marketing, sales, and student service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Manage 1215 SAMs. Use daily check-ins and field visits to drive productivity.
- School-Level Planning: Create monthly business plans for every school. These must cover marketing, sales, and service activities.
- Execution Oversight: Rigorously monitor on-ground work. Ensure your team executes every part of the school plan perfectly.
- Full Business Ownership: Own the end-to-end performance of your schools.This includes new student enrollments and monthly renewals.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Total Revenue: Meeting monthly enrollment and renewal targets for your territory.
- School Profitability: Maintaining high conversion rates and efficient operations for each school.
- Team Success: The percentage of your SAMs who hit their individual school business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Field Leadership: 45 years in sales with 2+ years managing a team of 10+ people.
- EdTech experience is preferred.
- Execution Focus: A hands-on leader who leads by example on the ground.
- Data-Driven: Ability to track school metrics and use data to improve results.
