Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Area Business Manager. The Area Business Manager will oversee regional business operations, lead and mentor branch teams, and drive loan disbursements in alignment with company growth targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and continuously enhancing customer experiences. The role requires extensive market and competitor analysis, building strong client relationships, and achieving performance-based objectives.
