Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Area Business Manager. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations, enhancing distributor relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include leading a team, planning and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and identifying new growth opportunities. The role also entails regular interactions with key stakeholders, preparing performance reports, and offering solutions to address market challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Team leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the power solutions, battery industry, or similar sectors is highly desirable
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
