Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Business Manager role based in Bhubaneswar. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and fostering strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include planning and executing business strategies, supervising sales representatives, monitoring competitors activities, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing initiatives. The role requires regular market visits and maintaining a strong presence in the assigned area.

• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred
• Working knowledge of the regional market dynamics, particularly in Bhubaneswar
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned area
