Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales through dealer and distributor network in the assigned area
Appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market reach
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at dealer outlets
Build strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders
Monitor distributor stock levels, secondary sales, and market coverage
Execute trade schemes, promotions, and marketing activities
Train dealer/distributor sales teams on products and selling techniques
Track competitor activities and provide market insights
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit cycles
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA preferred
2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer & Distributor Management
Experience in mattress, furniture, FMCG, consumer durable, or retail industries preferred
Strong knowledge of distributor management, secondary sales & territory planning
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
