Role Overview
Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) for the Assam region. The role focuses on B2B sales, distribution development, retail and channel sales in solar and electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for solar and electrical products across assigned territories
- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Handle retail sales and channel sales network expansion
- Promote and sell solar products, batteries, inverters, and electrical products
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer visits
- Build strong relationships with installers, EPCs, retailers, and corporates
- Support dealers with schemes, promotions, and product training
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams

Experience & Qualification
- Minimum Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Must have experience in solar sales and electrical product sales
- Strong exposure to battery and inverter sales
