Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, meeting with clients, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction. The candidate will also oversee sales performance metrics and provide insights to drive improvements.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development expertise, particularly in managing regional or local markets
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in market analysis and competitor evaluation
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
  • Team collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Sales experience in the adhesives, construction chemicals, or allied industries is an advantage
