Role Overview:
Oversee financial approvals and ensure smooth coordination across teams. Manage financial transactions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive business success and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with landlords, consultants, and developers to identify prime real estate opportunities in line with expansion plans.
- Conduct continuous market mapping and competitor analysis in assigned geographies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage scope and timelines for successful handovers.
- Activate and onboard new channel partners.
- Manage leases and liaise with franchisees as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout LOI to Registration stages.
- Ensure timely store openings, closures, renewals, and transfers.
- Provide robust daily reporting on activities and market coverage.
- Lead re-negotiations as demanded by market trends.
- Resolve commercial partner issues and settlements for closed stores.
