Project Name: Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) for Construction of Double line electrified Railway Track with signalling and telecommunication system and related infrastructure for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project.
Functional Area: ARE (Lab)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Duration: 12 months
Qualification: Minimum B.E./B.Tech. (Civil Engineering).
Overall Professional Experience: The Candidate Shall have minimum 15 years of total experience in the relevant Civil works preferably on IR/Metro and / or other railway projects.
Experience in similar position: 10 years experience in execution of works related assigned position.
Preferred Age: Below 50 years.
Functional Role: Responsible for establishing and pursuing Communication Procedure (Additional) - Internal Communication, Communication with Client, Communication with Contractors. Coordination with Client - Coordinate with respective HQ and divisions of Zonal Railways and DFCCIL Regional / Site Offices. Carry out Regular Site Inspection - Conduct regular field checks and tests to ensure that work has been carried out as per agreed specification and standards, Specify the system of test checks for Contractor's Requests for Inspection (RFI) at all appropriate level by Supervisor, ARE, and RE. Obtain and Test: material, works and equipment, as necessary and required. Inspect Testing all material and facilities/devices. Carry out all tests specified in the related schedule of the Contract and issue Completion Certificate / Provisional Certificate. Scrutinize registration of daily consumption of material, various activities / output of design and construction activities to be maintained by contractor.
Reporting to PD., Dy. PD. & nominated Managers and OC India HO.
