This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architecture Manager based in Bengaluru. The Architecture Manager will oversee and manage architectural projects, ensuring designs meet client requirements, budget constraints, and sustainability goals. Responsibilities include leading design teams, supervising project timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, and reviewing project deliverables to uphold quality standards. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations and facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration for successful project execution.

• Strong expertise in Architectural Design, Urban Planning, and Sustainable Design.
• Proven leadership skills in managing design teams, project management, and fostering collaboration.
• Proficiency in drafting and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliver high-quality projects under deadlines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field, with relevant industry certifications being advantageous.
• Experience in sustainable construction practices and green building certifications is a plus.
