ICT & System Architecture Expert – 1 (Senior Technical Lead)
Role Overview
The ICT Expert will lead the technical design and architecture of GO-SWIFT 2.0, ensuring a scalable, secure, and future-ready system aligned with modern digital standards and interoperability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and system architecture blueprint
- Design API-first, microservices-based architecture and integration frameworks
- Define technology stack, hosting strategy (cloud/hybrid), and cybersecurity framework
- Oversee integration with departmental systems
- Conduct technical validation, code reviews, and data migration assessments
- Ensure compliance with e-Governance standards (MeitY, ISO, GIF, etc.)
- Support UAT, system testing, and quality assurance processes
- Guide adoption of advanced technologies (AI/ML, analytics, dashboards, chatbot)
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MSc or equivalent in IT/CS
- 8+ years of experience in application development, enterprise architecture, or system design
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale government IT systems / SWS platforms
- Expertise in APIs, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance
- Strong understanding of system integration and interoperability
