Job Description

Define and implement a scalable automation strategy aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
Architect end-to-end automation frameworks (UI, API, Performance, Security).
Select and implement modern automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, Karate, K6, JMeter, Postman, Cucumber, etc.
Develop test data management strategies and integrate with mock/stub services.
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Ensure parallel execution, containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalability.
Implement AI/ML-driven test automation and self-healing test scripts.
Establish test metrics and reporting dashboards using Allure, Grafana, Kibana, or custom reporting frameworks.
Define best practices for performance testing, security testing, and accessibility testing.
Conduct code reviews, training for QA engineers
