Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Architecture/BIM Program Intern (Immediate Joiners) who will act as a bridge between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), content teams, and program teams. The role involves coordinating, structuring, and supporting the development of architecture and BIM-related content, while ensuring smooth communication and execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination & Bridging Role
- Act as a point of contact between SMEs, program team, and content/design teams
- Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups across stakeholders
- Identify gaps in content, communication, or execution and proactively resolve them
2. Content Support (Architecture/BIM)
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and organizing architecture and BIM-related content
- Work closely with SMEs to translate technical knowledge into structured learning/content material
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance of technical content
3. Program Execution
- Support the program team in planning and executing architecture/BIM programs
- Track progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate sessions, materials, and resources required for program delivery
4. Research & Documentation
- Conduct research on latest trends in Architecture, BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.), and industry practices
- Prepare reports, documentation, and structured content frameworks
5. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflows between teams
- Help streamline content creation and delivery processes
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / BIM-related field
- Basic understanding of BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Good English proficiency (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to content creation, documentation, or training support
- Understanding of learning/program structures (EdTech exposure is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of design tools or presentation tools
