This is a full-time role for Architectural Staff with 1-3 years of experience. The applicant should have proficient skills in working with drawings and presentations. Site knowledge and experience will be preferable. Those interested in working as 3D visualizers may also be considered.

Job responsibility shall include preparing working drawings and design development, communication with consultants, vendors, and client, along with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Architectural Graduate, Diploma Holder with a minimum 1-2 years of experience.
• Cad as drafting software and other presentation software (Sketchup/Powerpoint/Indesign.
• BIM/Revit isn't mandatory.
• Site knowledge and material handling.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
