Salary: As per market trend

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Interview Process: 2 Technical rounds + 1 Final HR round.

Job Description:

1. Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.

3. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns, and implement corrective actions to keep projects within budget.

4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.

5. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines and budgets.

6. Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and perform regular quality audits to ensure project quality is maintained.

7. Contract Administration: Negotiate and administer contracts with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

8. Design Management: Oversee the design process, ensure design integrity, and make necessary modifications to the design to meet project requirements.

9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

10. Reporting: Prepare regular project reports and status updates for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
