Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural & Interior Designing Draftsman to prepare

accurate technical drawings, layouts, and plans based on specifications provided by architects

and interior designers. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, creativity, and

proficiency in design software.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural and interior working drawings (plans, elevations, sections, and details).

- Develop 2D and 3D drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.

- Convert design concepts into detailed technical drawings for execution.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site teams.

- Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.

- Ensure drawings comply with building codes and standards.

- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in:

 - AutoCAD (mandatory)

 - SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit (preferred)

 - MS Office

 - Corel Draw

- Strong understanding of construction details and materials

- Knowledge of interior design concepts and space planning

- Good visualization and attention to detail

- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects

Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Draftsmanship

- 4–10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in commercial & Healthcare projects

- Knowledge of BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

- Familiarity with site execution processes
