DRAUGHTSMAN
POSITIONS: Architectural Draughtsman, Civil 3D Draughtsman, Interior Draughtsman, Landscape Draughtsman, Municipal Draughtsman.
Experience: 5-12 yrs
Location - Navi Mumbai & Bandra
Creating high quality architectural and interior finishes drawings and details at various stages of the project (for multiple projects) as per instructions / sketches / project specifications / time schedule given by senior architect.
Drawings:
- Understanding the concept and design made by core design team with the help of Senior Architect.
- Preparing architectural and interior finishes drawings and details at various stages of the project i.e. from schematic to GFC (for multiple projects)
- Preparing accurate drawings.
- Working systematically to ensure Timely completion of drawings as per assigned deadlines. Visiting construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions if required
Co-ordination:
- Coordination with core design team for design intent and updates
- Co-ordination with Municipal Team for Municipal Drawings
- Co-ordination with 3D Team for Visuals.
- Co-ordination with Consultant Representatives for drawing coordination / follow-ups for structural / MEP / landscape / faade drawings / BOQs etc.
Preparation and Organized Maintenance of Drawings and other documentation:
- Preparing and maintaining drawing lists
- Maintaining Drawing Control Index
- Maintaining records, files, transmittals and drawings and approval copies
- Prepare / assist senior architect in preparation of various project reports / schedules / presentations from time to time.
