Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Draftsman based in Kochi. The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing key architectural and construction drawings using technical drafting tools and software. Duties include collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring drawings adhere to project specifications, revising plans upon feedback, and assisting in project planning and layout development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Strong understanding of Architecture and Planning principles
• Expertise in technical Drawing with attention to detail
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project managers
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
• Prior experience in architectural drafting is preferred
