Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Architectural Draftsman. The position is based in Salem, Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities include preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings, collaborating with architects and project teams to develop design plans, and assisting in project planning and documentation. The role also involves ensuring adherence to regulations and client requirements throughout the design and documentation process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Experience in Architecture and Planning
- Strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CAD drafting software and other design tools
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare projects is an advantage
