Job Title: Architectural Draftsman -(HorizontalDevelopment ,Luxury Townships)

Location: Mumbai (Travel to project sites may be required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and township projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software, possess a strong understanding of architectural standards, and have experience in handling large-scale township projects.

Key Responsibilities:
. Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and township developments.
. Assist architects and design teams in developing concept plans and execution drawings.
. Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with local building by-laws and regulatory standards.
. Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
. Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
. Support in approval drawings for licensing/municipal authorities.
. Work on layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
. Ensure timely delivery of drawings for smooth project execution.

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements:
. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
. Knowledge of local development control regulations (DCR) and municipal requirements.
. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
. Good communication and coordination skills.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship or relevant field.

Minimum Job Experience:

4-9 years of experience in drafting for vertical development and township projects
