We are seeking experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team at BKC, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and be adept at using various software tools to create detailed architectural drawings.
Responsibilities
- Create architectural drawings based on specifications and designs.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to finalize design concepts and plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all plans.
- Revise and update drawings as per feedback from project stakeholders.
- Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality and accurate architectural plans.
- Prepare presentation drawings and models to communicate design ideas.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit architectural software.
- Excellent ability to produce accurate drawings.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team.
