Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Coimbatore for an Architectural Drafter. The candidate will create detailed architectural and construction drawings, collaborate with architects and designers on planning and design projects, and update and refine drawings as needed. The role requires a thorough understanding of architectural standards and attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings.

Qualifications:

• Creating Technical Drawings:Developing detailed plans, elevations, and structural details for building projects.

• Software Proficiency:Using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to produce accurate drawings.

• Code Compliance:Reviewing building codes, zoning bylaws, and regulations to ensure projects are compliant.

• Collaboration:Working with architects, engineers, and construction managers to finalize design details.

• Site Analysis:Analyzing building specifications and incorporating structural, electrical, and mechanical layouts.
