Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Drafter role based in Chennai. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and construction documents, contributing to design and planning processes, collaborating with architects and project teams, and ensuring designs adhere to relevant specifications and regulations. They will assist in translating concepts into tangible designs while adhering to project timelines.

Qualification

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD or similar software
• Convert design concepts, sketches, and specifications into technical drawings
• Develop working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for design updates
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements
• Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
• Strong skills in Architecture, Planning, and project design processes.
• Experience in creating detailed and precise technical drawings.
• Proficiency with relevant drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong attention to detail and efficient time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with local building codes, materials, and construction practices is a plus.

• Experience 3-10 years in architecture firm.
