Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter based in our Chennai office. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for developing detailed architectural and construction drawings, assisting in planning and drafting design documents, and supporting architects in the preparation of plans and layouts. The role requires close collaboration with the design team to ensure all drawings are accurate, functional, and aligned with client specifications and project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Architecture and Planning principles
• Proficiency in Drawing, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Relevant experience in a professional architectural or design studio is a plus
• Experience 2-5 years in architectural Drafter.
