Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Architectural Designer. The candidate will work directly with U.S.-based architecture teams on construction document production, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailing in Revit, with a strong focus on Type V (wood frame) and Type III (podium/mixed construction) buildings. The candidate will assist with redline updates, coordination with consultants, and application of U.S. codes such as IBC and ADA at a working level.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong proficiency in construction documentation workflows. Experience in multifamily or commercial projects is required, with prior exposure to U.S. projects preferred. Familiarity with Google SketchUp and Lumion is considered a plus.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to conceptualize and detail building projects.
  • Skill in creating Construction Drawings and precise Drafting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Revit/BIM tools is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with a team in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering and visualization software is a plus.
