Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion while ensuring compliance with building regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Use architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and local guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects or design team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent design visualization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
