Architectural Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer based in Chennai. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative architectural and construction designs, creating detailed drawings, and preparing technical construction documents. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects align with urban planning considerations and clients design goals. Additionally, the Architectural Designer will oversee design implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and technical documentation
• Experience in Drawing and visualization for design concepts
• Understanding of Urban Planning and how it integrates with architectural projects
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent tools
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in project execution or construction workflows is an added advantage
