Position: Architectural Designer

Experience

Minimum 6-12 years of experience in handling architectural drawing of various industrial

projects, Commercial or mixed-use projects, Data Center projects interior projects.

Knowledge of handling landscape design/drawing will be given additional advantage.

Educational

qualification Diploma or degree courses on Architectural design drafting

Core Strengths

Core competency in Architectural drawing and should have ability and hands

on experience to work on schematic/statutory (Building plan approval/ Fire

approval/ factory inspector approval)/ working drawings and 2D /3D,

Presentation, etc.

Master planning cum space planning layouts

Expert in operating Revit 3D platform, layout development, 3d model creation,

layout extraction, Family creation.

Hands-on experience in BIM 360, ACC, plugins addons to efficiently utilize the

software capabilities.

Should have ability to visualize and develop excellent 3D render views, walk

throughs

Experience in swept path analysis for traffic simulation.

Knowledge of Navis works for coordination model development and review

Knowledge of interior design, sanitation, Plumbing drafting will be preferable.

Knowledge of landscape design / drafting will be given additional advantage.

Role / Job

description

1. Taking initiative and ownership of architectural drawings 3D model creation.

2. Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant

coordination.

3. Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple

projects in various stages of development.

4. Work with Architects, involvement with other departments to meet overall

project objectives.

5. Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.

6. Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.

7. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of

intellectual and practical problems.

8. Working knowledge with 2D and 3D drafting / modelling using AutoCAD, Revit,

3Ds Max, Google Sketch up, Enscape, Twin motion etc.

9. Skill of vendor drawing review preferable.
