Job Description: Shell Plan Coordinator
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Working: 5 Days
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architectural Draughtsman
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and understand architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Prepare and draft architectural drawings for residential projects.
- Develop detailed working drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely delivery.
- Incorporate design inputs and revisions efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong hands-on experience in Drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good understanding of residential construction drawings.
- Knowledge of formwork will be an added advantag
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients in English, both written and spoken.
