Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Architectural Assistant to work directly with the CEO in a hybrid role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) or a related discipline, eager to grow in a
leadership-oriented environment.
This position will involve
extensive research and coordination across multiple domains including real estate, project management, and architectural design, with a strong focus on market studies within the Indian context, particularly Jaipur.
The Architectural Assistant will
act as a bridge between the CEO and various teams, ensuring smooth communication, effective task management, and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research across architecture, PMC, and real estate sectors to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate between the CEO, project teams, consultants, and clients.
- Review, analyze, and cross-check drawings, estimates, and schedules for accuracy.
- Prepare presentations, project documents, reports, and technical submissions.
- Support the CEO in project management, team organization, and recruitment processes.
- Represent the firm in meetings with clients, consultants, and collaborators across India and abroad.
- Identify challenges in design and execution and propose practical, innovative solutionson different project sites during site visits and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated team management and organizational skills.
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn from senior industry professionals.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
- A genuine passion for design, structure, and the human connection to space.
