About the Role:
We are looking for a mid-level Architectural 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in exterior renderings. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural design, lighting, materials, and composition, and be capable of delivering high-quality, realistic visuals for international and Indian projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality exterior 3D renderings for residential and commercial projects
- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and references accurately
- Develop realistic lighting, materials, textures, and environments
- Maintain visual quality and consistency across projects
- Work closely with architects and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Handle revisions efficiently based on client feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 34 years of professional experience in architectural visualization
- Strong command over 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
- Proven experience in exterior visualization (mandatory)
- Good sense of scale, proportion, composition, and realism
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience working on international projects
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production
- Understanding of architectural styles and construction elements
