Sribha Infra Build is a Bengaluru based construction company with over 30 years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial projects. We provide end to end services from architecture and design to construction and handover.

We are looking for a talented and detail oriented Architect to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray or 3ds Max.
• Coordinate with clients, structural consultants, site engineers and project teams.
• Visit project sites and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.
• Prepare working drawings, material specifications and presentation drawings.
• Support clients with design and architectural decisions.
• Coordinate with the execution team to resolve design and site related issues.
• Ensure drawings meet project requirements, quality standards and applicable regulations.

• B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural design software.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray or 3ds Max will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction and working drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
