Assistant Project Architect

Job description

Working with the team, Assistant Project Architect will assist the Project Architect on 2-3 projects from conceptualization to implementation. Will assist in preparing Design & Technical Drawings and Documents.

• Experience working on technical drawings in Revit is a must. Must be well versed in Revit and BIM 360 software.

• Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and documents.

• Communication with all the team members

• Intellectual updating of global projects to team members in order of relevance to the work in the studio

• Monitoring and checking the quality of drawings.

• Capturing design suggestions given by Principal Architect and converting them to effective concept formulation and design development strategies.

• To understand and practice the core values of the practice.

• Must have experience and capability in working on projects involving designing, detailing and executing projects with minimal supervision.

• Must have worked in organisation adhering to system and process. Must have experience to deliver projects under a structured SOP. 3-5 years experience as Junior Architect is a must.

Software Capabilities –

- Should have thorough working knowledge of Revit BIM enabling applications. Project experience in BIM will be an preferred.

- Must be well versed in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3DS max, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint. Knowledge on Rhino and Grasshopper will be an advantage.

B. Arch. From a reputed institute, M. Arch candidates are encouraged.
