Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8-13 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable structures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and designs for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional designs.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
