Job Title :- Architect

Locatin : Borivali (East), Mumbai.

General Description:

A Sr. Architect with experience in design & consulting architectural field with good communication skills & Site Experience. He has experience in designing and detailing of the project & coordination with other design departments, co-ordination with client's representative, selection of finishes to match client's requirement and keep updated as per latest technology available .

Checks drawings of technicians and guides them to improve their skill of drafting and detailing. Also to provides them proper design data to complete the deliverables in given time frame. He is good in sketching.

He is well conversant with local statutory norms of various states of the country. He has good grasping power to adopt new soft wares as well different type of projects like engineering, pharma, residential, commercials etc. He is ready to visit sites as and when required to check contractor's workmanship and resolving site issues.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Design Skill: To propose viable options w.r.t. user Requirements, plot features, statutory norm, and to use of latest technologies. Aesthetical visualization of the project and proposing options for the same.
2. Working Drawing & Detailing: Through experience in preparation of Working Drawings & detailing toconvert the approved option of design to Good for Construction Drawings. Person should be able to comeup with innovative detailing when required in the project.
3. Co-Ordination: To Effectively co-ordinate with various departments; Client's Representative; Government approving authorities.
4. To propose viable options w.r.t. user. Requirements, plot features, statutory norm, and to use of latest technologies. Aesthetical visualization of the project and proposing options for the same.
5. Detailing: Through knowledge of converting the proposed ideas it to working with proper detailing.
6. Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.
7. Training of junior engineers working under him.

Skill / Qualification:

1.      Degree in Architecture with 4 to 5 years of experience.

2.      Revit, PPT presentation, MS office knowledge are additional qualifications.
