Job Description

Perform accessibility testing on web applications using automated tools and manual techniques.
Develop and maintain automated accessibility test scripts using Playwright (developed by Microsoft).
Integrate accessibility automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, document, and track accessibility defects using defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 / WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and ARIA guidelines.
Perform keyboard navigation, screen reader, color contrast, and semantic structure validation.
Use accessibility testing tools such as:

Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to resolve accessibility issues.
Provide accessibility recommendations and best practices.
Participate in requirement analysis and test planning
