Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned UI Architect to define and lead the frontend architecture for enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications. The role requires strong hands-on technical depth in modern JavaScript frameworks, UI performance engineering, accessibility, and design system governance.
Core Skills
- Expert in React.js,Node.Js TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
- Strong architecture experience: micro frontends, BFF pattern,modular design, component-driven development
- Ability to advise best practices and build the architecture grounds-up from the futuristic view.
- UI performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, bundles)
- Accessibility (WCAG), responsive UX engineering
- API integration (REST, GraphQL), caching strategies
- Content mgmt. -familiarity with CMS tools
- Frontend CI/CD, code quality, security (OWASP for Web)
Good-to-Have
- Next.js / Remix / Meta-framework experience
- Experience with design systems / component libraries
- Exposure to cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Visualization tools (D3, Highcharts, Recharts)
- Observability (Sentry, Datadog, New Relic)
Key Responsibilities
- Define & govern UI architecture standards across products
- Lead solution design, reviews, PoCs, and framework evaluations
- Ensure performance, accessibility, security benchmarks
- Mentor UI engineers and drive engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend Architects for end-to-end solutioning
- Engage in client architecture discussions & support pre-sales when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience architecting complex UI platforms/products
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
