Architect

'We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Product Development to lead the

design, development, delivery, and continuous evolution of enterprise-grade products and

platforms in the Healthcare Provider domain.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical depth, engineering leadership,

product development mindset, program management, stakeholder management, and process

governance. This role requires an engineering leader who can operate effectively across

business and technology teams, translate product strategy into scalable technology solutions,

and drive predictable, high-quality delivery.

A strong AI-first delivery mindset and demonstrated experience driving AI-enabled

implementation and adoption are critical for this role.

The candidate should have approximately 12–15 years of overall technology experience, with

significant experience in software/product engineering and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering & Product Development Leadership
• Lead end-to-end product engineering activities, including architecture, design,
  
  

development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Own the technical direction and engineering execution for product capabilities
  
  

and platform enhancements.

• Establish engineering best practices focused on scalability, reliability, security,
  
  

performance, maintainability, and quality.

• Partner closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to translate
  
  

product vision and requirements into executable technology roadmaps.

• Drive modernization and continuous improvement of existing applications and
  
  

technology platforms.

• Ensure engineering teams follow strong SDLC, DevOps, quality, security, and
  
  

release management practices.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and be able to challenge architectural and
  
  

implementation decisions when required.
