Architect

Veneklasen Associates India is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to support our acoustical consultancy team on complex architectural projects across hospitality, residential, commercial, infrastructure, and institutional sectors.

This role is ideal for an architect with strong coordination and organizational skills who enjoys working across drawings, consultants, and clients, and wants to build expertise at the intersection of architecture, acoustics, and project management.

The selected candidate will work closely with a Project Lead to ensure smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

Role Description

The role involves supporting the coordination and delivery of multiple acoustical consultancy projects across design, tender, construction, and post-completion stages. Responsibilities include tracking schedules, deliverables, and approvals; coordinating with internal technical teams; reviewing architectural drawings and specifications from an acoustics perspective; preparing markups and coordination comments; assisting with client, architect, PMC, and contractor communication; supporting RFIs and submittals; attending coordination meetings and preparing MOMs; and helping with report preparation, documentation control, invoicing milestones, and overall workflow management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on diverse and complex projects while maintaining high technical and professional standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental considerations in design is a plus
