We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, with a strong ability to collaborate with clients and transform their visions into reality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Develop detailed design concepts, including color schemes, materials, and spatial layouts.
- Create 2D and 3D visualizations of design proposals using software tools.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Select and source materials, furniture, and fixtures for projects.
- Oversee project execution and ensure design integrity during the construction phase.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and universal accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
