We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative architectural solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and designing in accordance with current DCR and SRA guidelines.
- Obtain approvals for all building types while ensuring compliance with current rules and regulations.
- Provide expertise on local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phases.
- Coordinate with and visit approving authorities regularly to drive timely statutory approvals.
- Liaise with Project Architects to facilitate the approval process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations in India.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
