Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The Architect will be responsible for managing all phases of architectural projects, including design development, project management, and ensuring integration of architectural and technical solutions. Daily tasks include creating project blueprints, collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams, and overseeing the execution of design projects to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to turn concepts into detailed plans and structures.
• Experience in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural technology and tools.
• Project Management skills to oversee planning, deadlines, deliverables, and ensure project success.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software and tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and local regulatory codes is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional architectural licensure or equivalent certification is a plus.
