As a Senior Designer at Ultraconfidentiel Design, overseeing multiple interior design projects from concept to completion, while delivering innovative design solutions for a variety of spaces, including corporate offices, retail environments and showrooms. Develop creative interior design concepts for diverse projects

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree Architecture.

Experience:

• 1-5 Years in Interior Architecture.

Location- Delhi

As an Architect, you will oversee corporate projects from inception to completion, ensuring innovative, high-quality, and sustainable design solutions. This role demands strong leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious project execution while maintaining full compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Spearhead the architectural design process from initial concept development to technical execution, ensuring a seamless transition from vision to reality.

Foster creativity and innovation while maintaining functionality, structural integrity, and aesthetic excellence.

Oversee design reviews, refine concepts based on client and stakeholder feedback, and ensure that all architectural solutions align with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and sustainability principles.

To manage and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support in achieving project goals.

To collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment throughout every project phase.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards to uphold best practices and industry standards.

To oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery.

Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues.

Maintaining a high standard of design quality and innovation in all projects.

To participate in ideation & conceptual development of those projects.

To take the lead in driving the architectural aspects of a project including management, supervision and recruitment of an Ultra team of architects.

To involve in the formulation and implementation of company's policies as well as in the development of the long-range objective.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
