Role Description

We are looking for an execution-focused Architect with strong design and technical skills to handle co-living and hospitality projects. The role involves design development, 3D visualization, and on-site coordination, along with using AI-based tools for efficient design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural layouts, space planning, and design concepts
  • Develop working drawings, GFCs, and BOQs
  • Create 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for visualization
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALLE, etc.) for concept development
  • Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams
  • Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per design
  • Review materials, finishes, and vendor quotations
  • Resolve on-site issues and support project execution
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and budget requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • 25 years of relevant experience (interior / hospitality preferred)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and rendering tools (Lumion/Enscape)
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools
  • Good understanding of interior fit-outs and civil execution
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in co-living / hospitality projects
  • Knowledge of modular furniture and space optimization
  • Ability to handle fast-track, multi-project environments
