Role Overview

The Junior Architect will support the delivery of global workplace projects through BIM-enabled design development, coordination, and technical support. This role is ideal for early-career architects looking to build strong foundations in workplace design, BIM, and integrated project delivery within a global Design & Build environment.

The role bridges design intent and execution, working closely with Project Architects, Engineers, and global teams across North America, EMEA, and SEA.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Support

• Support spatial planning, layout development, and interior design packages for workplace projects.
• Assist in preparing drawings, schedules, and 3D models in Revit and SketchUp.
• Translate design inputs into coordinated BIM models under guidance from senior team members.

BIM & Coordination

• Assist in model integration, clash detection, and issue tracking using tools like Navisworks, Trimble Connect, and ACC.
• Support coordination with MEP and other disciplines to ensure design consistency and buildability.
• Maintain model accuracy and data hygiene as per project standards.

Documentation & Deliverables

• Support preparation of drawing sets, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Assist in responding to coordination comments and design queries.

Learning & Development

• Actively participate in internal training on BIM workflows, workplace standards, and AIBIM processes.
• Learn global codes, standards, and best practices applicable to workplace interiors.

Training & Mentorship

• Mentor junior team members on BIM workflows, technical design, and industry best practices.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and technical detailing.
• Stay updated on advancements in BIM technology, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture

Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior projects (workplace exposure preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and SketchUp.
• Basic understanding of construction documentation and architectural detailing.
• Exposure to Enscape/Lumion is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a structured working approach.
