Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 36 years of professional experience in Architecture and Construction
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained
- Prepare construction drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality standards
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams for project detailing and technical accuracy
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation for multiple projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainability standards
- Contribute creative design solutions and innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes
